Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
2. Represent the company in interactions with customs authorities during audits, inquiries, or inspections. Prepare all necessary documentation and respond to any regulatory requests promptly and accurately.

3. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customs declarations to avoid delays, penalties, or incorrect tariff classifications.
4. Maintain a well-organized filing system for all customs records, in compliance with retention requirements. This includes both physical and electronic records for easy retrieval during audits or for historical reference.
5. Resolve any customs - related issues that arise during the import or export process, such as customs holds. Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, and other relevant parties to find solutions and minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
6. Analyze customs data and trade to identify opportunities for cost savings. This may involve exploring alternative customs procedures (such as free trade agreements, duty drawback programs, or bonded warehouse options) to reduce overall customs - related expenses.
7. Analyze current logistics processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose and execute initiatives to streamline operations, such as optimizing warehouse layout, reducing transportation costs, Ensure 5S activity implement completely in warehouse.
8. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

11. Prepare regular reports for senior management on logistics performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
12. Directly supervise machine and product delivery planning and scheduling, ensure on time delivery of machines and spare parts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. More than 10 years working experience in warehouse and logistics management, more than 5 years' experience in manager level, prefer to electronics equipment, mechanical assembly.
3. Strong knowledge of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management.
4. Master ERP System. Advanced MS office software skills.
5. Good English communication skills in both spoken and written.
6. Strong leadership ability, always can do attitude and down to earth style.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Strong public speech capability, good communication skills internally and externally.
9. Good understanding and experience of MRP, MRD, Pull system, JIT, and inventory management etc.
