Responsibilities：
1、Disassemble vacuum valve parts, analyze and solve fault problems, analyze damage causes, and formulate maintenance plans;
2、Responsible for disassembly, cleaning, assembly and testing of valve parts;

3、Responsible for feasibility analysis of the working environment of various valves, and timely completion of maintenance reports;
4、Responsible for the spot inspection and maintenance of the company's inventory valve parts, formulate the spot inspection maintenance projects and maintenance plans to ensure the normal operation of the valve parts;
5、Responsible for the establishment of valve test tools, maintenance tools, fixtures, maintenance kits, etc., and regularly (weekly) review; 6. Responsible for the improvement of valve maintenance system, including: preparation of maintenance instructions (formulation of various types of valve maintenance SOP, and control through audit), establishment of test standards, maintenance personnel training;
6、Strictly abide by 6S management system, responsible for maintenance room safety and other work
Requirements：
1、Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental.
2、over 5 years’ experience providing EHS expertise in an industrial manufacturing/chemical environment.
3、General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
4、Fluent English is preferred.
5、Familiar with ISO14001 & 45001 management system.
6、Understand local and global safety and environment standard and regulatory requirement.
7、Familiar with the basic concepts and processes of EHS management in multinational corporation / enterprises (such as: LOTO, operational changes, risk analysis, emergency response, stakeholder management, special operations, mechanical safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, electrical safety, battery safety, PPE, sustainable development, etc.)
