- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans that support the company's business goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Costa Coffee brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Retail Marketing: Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase in-store traffic and sales. Collaborate with store operations to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed in-store.
- Consumer Experience Marketing: Create and manage programs that enhance the in-store and online customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve the marketing strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement. Oversee the development of creative assets and messaging for campaigns.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product development team to launch new products and manage the lifecycle of existing products. Develop marketing strategies to support product positioning and differentiation.
- LTO Products Launch: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for limited-time offers to drive short-term sales and create excitement around new products. Monitor the performance of LTOs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Seasonal and Festival Promotions: Develop and implement marketing plans for seasonal and festival promotions that align with consumer behavior and buying patterns. Collaborate with creative teams to design themed campaigns that enhance the customer experience during these periods.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets for retail, consumer experience, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to maximize ROI. Regularly review and report on budget performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team that specializes in retail and consumer experience marketing. Establish clear goals and KPIs for team members and provide regular feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, including sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Regularly report on marketing performance to the CMO and executive team.
