- Identify & exploit business opportunities through superior consumer, market and competitor trends understanding.
- Develop category strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities.
- Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global bundle while sustaining the global strategy and product message.
- Work closely with cross function dept. to drive new product development and planning to generate new ideas and develop product roadmap to the local consumers.
- Manage and monitor every new product development project and coordinate with internal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD project.
- Lead the new product development of marketing bundles and brand/category plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase.
- Build and defend market share with plans aligned to long-term category/brand strategy.
- Develop implementation and contingency plans for brand projects. Achieve business results through executional excellence and leadership.
