【工作内容】
This position is responsible for handling the daily bookings/operations from Tempe Ocean.
Tempe is the only brand from Inditex that we handle in Ocean transport mode. As Ocean CT,
...
this role is responsible of reassuring that bookings are well managed, vendors are well followed
up and KPI honored. (Allotment targets, minimum cbm per equipment, CFS).
OCEAN Operations
1) Monitoring and Control of Vendors (KPI)
a) Management and coordination of bookings
b) Ensure that ITX/Tempe instructions and procedures are followed
c) Request/require correct documentation for each shipment according to Tempe/ITX
procedures
d) Monitoring and updating of "Vendors KPI"
e) The shipment is created in CW/SMART so that the other departments can follow it
f) Daily report is updated (report to Tempe/ITX and other offices)
2) Forecast Monitoring (follow-up with Vendors)
3) Management with Carriers (Currently MSK)
4) Management and Coordination of Load in CFSs
a) Management and coordination with the different warehouses and providers
b) Communications with Tempe to confirm the load plan
c) Communications and coordination with WHS for loading according to the load plan
5) Track Shipments with Vendors (ensure there are no incidents and provide support if
necessary)
6) Monitoring Optimization According to Tempe/ITX Instructions
7) CW/SMART Update of Rates (if necessary)
8) Invoicing FOB Expenses to Vendors
9) Communications with Tempe/ITX CN and ES – Keeping Them Informed of Shipments at
Origin
a) Monitoring and coordination of any Tempe/ITX request
b) Keep the destination CTs informed of any requirements that Tempe/ITX has requested
or urgent shipments
c) Keep destination CTs informed of orders divided into several HAWBs for delivery to
Tempe/ITX together
10) Communications with CT ES
11) SAM System Update (KPI)
a) SAM Booking
b) SAM Shipment
12) Weekly Agenda (Pending)
a) Volume update for all origins moved from Tempe
b) Market update
13) Monthly/Quarterly Reports:
a) Vendors KPI
b) QBR Data
14) Schedules, Sending data to Vendors
Inditex OCEAN CT (pending procedure)
1) Communications with Tempe/ITX CN and CT Scanglobal (Scanglobal – CT managing all group
loads through nominated forwarders)
a) Monitoring and coordination of any Tempe/ITX request, ensuring that said requirements
are met
b) Keep the origin and destination teams informed of any requirements that Tempe/ITX has
requested or urgent shipments
c) Keep all teams informed of any modifications/updates to any PO
2) Centralization of All Communications by the Teams
3) Monitoring and Control of Teams at Origin, Providing Support and Solutions When Necessary
4) Centralization of ITX Report with All Origins to Send It to ITX, Scanglobal, Tempe, and TIBA
Teams
5) TEUs Used, Update of TEUs Loaded the Previous Week (Sent Weekly)
6) Monthly/Quarterly Reports:
a) Vendor/Shipments KPI
b) QBR Data
【岗位要求】
1) Associate and above degree.
2) 6-10 years of related working experience in the industry.
3) Must with on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and also documentation
working experience.
4) Good English speaking, reading, writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.
5) Open and positive.
6) Good communication & learning skills and teamwork spirit, can work independently.
7) Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
8) Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
