负责公司共享办公项目的运营及管理,包括团队管理、市场推广、用户体验等方面,提高项目的品牌知名度和用户满意度。
主要职责:
- 负责共享办公项目的整体规划和运营,参与项目的前期筹备、施工、验收等环节,确保项目顺利推进;
- 负责项目团队的管理和团队目标的制定,协调项目中的各项事宜,确保项目顺利执行;
- 负责项目中的市场推广工作,包括但不仅限于社交媒体平台、线上广告、线下推广等,提升项目的品牌知名度和用户曝光率;
- 负责项目中的用户体验优化,通过数据分析进行用户画像,提升用户满意度,并运用运营手段提高用户活跃度;
- 关注行业动态及市场动态,了解行业及市场趋势,优化项目运营策略,提升项目的核心竞争力。
职位要求:
- 10年及以上共享办公项目运营经验,
