You will directly report to the Sales VP, will lead the overseas export team of almost 20 people. This is an international team with different culture and background. They are covering most of the developed countries.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Overseas Business Unit, with a strong emphasis on overseas export business.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in new countries or territories, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, maximizing account penetration and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Spearhead the successful launch of new starter culture products, developing and executing comprehensive sell-in and sell-out strategies, including strategies for international markets.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture, with potential for international team expansion.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, market analysis, and reporting to senior management, including international market trends and analysis.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including international events/exhibitions.
Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, considering international regulatory requirements and logistics.
Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize sales performance, including overseas market entry costs.
skills and experience required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Food Chemical).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the food, dairy, and/or supplement nutrition industry, with a focus on B2B sales.
Proven track record of 0-1 business development, with demonstrated success in building a client base from the ground up.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales team leadership and management, with a history of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams, including experience in team expansion.
Client experience at the OEM/ODM in the dairy, supplement nutrition, and food industry.
Experience in overseas business as a must.
Familiarity with different custom regulations in the food industry in the exportation business or local manufacturing licenses, or OEM/ODM business.
Experience of related food ingredients industry is preferred, but welcome B2B sales background commercial leader as well.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to travel as required, including international travel.
English and Mandarin can be used as working languages.
