- Achieve performance goals: Participate in formulating the overall marketing strategy of the overseas business department, provide constructive suggestions, and formulate marketing plans;
- Develop overseas market business, guide and supervise the execution progress of sales work in each regional market;
- Overall expense and profit management
- Track and analyze various expenses to protect profits and ensure the reasonableness of expenses
- Customer Service and Management
- Plan the customer layout in the overseas sales area and supervise the implementation of business in the region;
- Achieve customer market indicators and conduct market order management;
- Process the feedback information from channel customers in the region and establish communication for channel customer management Mechanism;
- Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient settlement in accordance with the company's financial policies;
- Market Monitoring and Analysis: Pay attention to the development and changes of overseas markets, the development of competitive brands, and changes in consumers, and collect relevant information and provide timely feedback to superiors;
- Maintain the stability of product market prices in overseas sales areas, cooperate with relevant departments of the company, educate, guide, Penalize or replace offending customers;
- Safe Operation and Risk Prevention and Control

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have more than 5 years of working experience in the FMCG industry or foreign trading export business; experience in food and beverage industry is preferred;
- Strong in route to market strategy, importation and exportation, brand promotion;
- Be proficient in overseas market layout, especially European market;
- Madarin and English can be use as working language.
