1. Understand the brand development direction, formulate the brand's medium- and long-term overall strategic planning, be responsible for brand positioning, brand system construction, brand promotion strategy and management, so that the brand can quickly establish brand awareness and a clear brand image in the Chinese market;
2. Be responsible for achieving market share, business goals and profit goals, manage and control brand P&L and optimize ROI, and be responsible for budget management;
3. Lead the team to organize and plan and review the strategies, promotion plans, and related budgets of market activities such as products, marketing, media operations, and market research, organize and integrate relevant resources to promote the implementation of the plan and supervise the implementation effect;
4. Collect market information, be familiar with the development and trends of industry competitors, and provide targeted solutions based on brand conditions;
5. Be responsible for developing brand cooperation, joint marketing resources, and effectively manage and use resources;
6. Be responsible for the team building, performance management, talent team building and personnel training of the marketing department.
skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience in the daily chemical and beauty industry, including at least 2 years of work experience in brand management positions, experience in brand 0-1 building, and rich operational experience in brand positioning, marketing and promotion, and business achievement;
2. Ability to position brands and manage product categories, as well as the ability to develop brand layout in the next few years;
3. Strong experience in business goals, profit margins and budget management, experience in managing P&L and A&P;
4. Good at team management and motivation, and the ability to build and construct team echelons;
