Accountabilities:
1. Lead annual budget planning and monthly performance management of variable manufacturing and logitsitcs cost for China Procurement in close liaison with Zone/Country Planing & Performance Managers and Category team;

2. Deliver a strong, solid monthly routine to track and monitor supply chain cost variances, build a forecast with accuracy and understand key drivers through commodities/FX impact analysis and project status tracking;
3. Provide a clear visibility on financials and be a strategic partner to Procurement Leadership & Category owners to drive impactful decision making and performances;
4. Lead digital transformation journey for total APAC Procurement by implementing Price automation tool
5. Continuously improve and optimize business cycle, its process, and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering
• Fluent English both in written and oral
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Finacial Analysis, Procurement Operations, and/or Operation Consulting within multinational company
• Experience in the electrical field especially power management.
• Understanding in procurement operations and process such as strategic sourcing, source to pay, etc
• Experience solving complicated business problems and providing insights and recommendations to management
• Strong analytical skills to handle large, complicated data sets and ability to clearly communicate complex findings in a simple way
• Good command in Microsoft tool: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Words
• Ability to lead and influence cross-cultural team and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strategic and critical thinker who can challenge status-quo and drive changes
• Resilient and able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
