• Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.
• Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them, and acting as the key contact for the customer
• Leading technical team and organizing right resource to solve issues for NPI project during different verification build test, such as P2, EVT, PVT until to mass production
• Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer
• Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
• Ensure quality/continuous performance
• Control project documentation, ECN and COR management.
• Seeking more commercial opportunities during proje ct execution


Qualifications for the role

• Nationality is out of Chinese mainland
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills both in oral and written
• Bachelor degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical
• PMP certificate holder (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project experience in Electronics/3C field preferred.
• Be able to travel up to 30%
• Successful experience of project management in relevant company
• Working experience in foreign companies (desired)
• Knowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial management (preferred)
• Have SAP operation experience (preferred)
