Responsibilities:
1. Strictly obey company HSE rules and report any incidents or safety risks in laboratory timely, ensure the good 5S in laboratory.
2. Properly arrange the daily lab work based on production plan and other needs.

3. Implement the daily quality data analysis, conduct the investigation for non-conformities, and report quality issues to superior timely.
4. Manage and treat all grade raw materials and finished goods, keep lab retention samples.
5. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure lab equipment works well.
6. Develop and update lab document/procedures, enter quality data into ERP or related quality system, keep quality records.
7. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators, identify top issues and drive process improvements through data collection, analysis and reporting.
8. Monitor the implementation of MSA and SPC for well controlling in the quality management.
9. Conduct continuous improvement on equipment technology, test methodology, working environmental conditions toward increasing reliability, productivity and PIP.
10. Conduct or participate in corrective/preventive actions in the quality control process and customer complaints, support other departments on quality tracking and quality issue investigation.
11. Participate in IATF internal audit and other audits to ensure quality compliance throughout the plant.
12. Train and coach lab technicians.
13. Other tasks distributed by superior.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in chemistry and analyst will be a plus, at least five years lab experience, among them 3 years experience in lab management.
2. More than 2 years relative working experience in Automotive industry.
3. Be familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc).
4. Good organization, coordination and communication skills.
5. Good English writing and speaking.
