- Leading product design or technical application team to perform development works according to company development processes
- Hiring and training employee actitivities based on company policy and training plan.
- Mentor and coach subordinates regard to products, processes and systems
- Interface with customers and support suppliers on a technical level
- Refine development process and development database
- Organize innovation and cost down activities in yearly plan.
- Coordinate global development activities including new business acquisition.
- Products knowledge transfer to other cross functions to ensure overall knowledge awareness

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree( or higher) in Engineering or related field;
- Mechanical or Mechatronics products Engineering background is preferred
- Know well IATF16949/ISO9001 is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product development engineering or technical application
- Experience with product and post-launch support
- Excellent interpersonal skills; adaptable and approachable
- Excellent business acumen and ability to think strategically and implement long term plans
- 3+ years as people manager or other management role
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
- Understanding of international company working principle and fluent on English skills
