1. Determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction.

2. Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites. Initiates communication with clients to promote and explain the benefits of new and existing services.

3. Follows up on contacts from clients.

4. Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain procedures and requirements, convey project cost, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements.

5. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues.

6. Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to product inspection and follow-up services.

skills and experience required.
1. Bachelor's degree in Physics, or Electrical related majors.

2. Three years of working experience in the certification industry, familiar with electrical products' certification, gas sensor experience will be a plus.

3. Fluent in both oral and written English.

4. Team spirit.
