... - Strategic leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive sales growth, profitability improvement, and store expansion.
- P&L management: Regularly monitor and analyze store performance metrics. Implement necessary actions to improve outcomes based on data-driven insights.
- Store expansion: Work closely with the Property team to identify profitable new store locations. Oversee the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring they meet company’s standards and KPIs.
- Market Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of the retail landscape, customer trends, and competitive activities within the country. Adapt operational strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Stakeholder management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal departments, external vendors and business partners to deliver results.
- Compliance and best practice: Ensure all store operations adhere to legal requirements, company policies, company standard and best practices in retail management, which deliver strong customer satisfaction.
- Team management: Lead, coach, and mentor the operation team to foster a high-performance culture. Ensure the team meets or exceeds operational KPIs and objectives.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-store operations.
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage budget, and achieve financial objectives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse operation team.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and KPI management.
- Knowledge of the local retail market, consumer behavior, and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with partners, stakeholders, and teams at all levels.
