- Sales Channel Management: Develop and implement comprehensive sales channel strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales channel strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing sales channels, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the national business environment, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies. Stay abreast of competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage the brand strength and product portfolio. Create tactical plans to penetrate new markets and expand in existing ones. Oversee the development of sales materials and tools that support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Business Planning: Contribute to the development of the annual business plan, with a focus on sales channel strategies and market development. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales channel initiatives.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and suppliers. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that can enhance market reach and brand visibility.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals. Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Bachelor degrees or above.
- 5+ years of experience in RTM role, with a sales background is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales channel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
