- 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the RTM strategy for the food service channels, ensuring alignment with the company overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for channel penetration and growth, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize the distribution network to enhance market reach and customer satisfaction. Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts, focusing on long-term relationship building and business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Provide clear direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual performance objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the food service channels. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Product Development and Innovation: Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative chocolate solutions tailored to the food service industry. Ensure products meet the quality standards and sustainability commitments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions. Develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base in the food service sector.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that impact the food service channels. Use market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and adapt the RTM strategy as needed.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor performance against these metrics. Provide regular reporting on channel performance to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and channel expansion.
- Strong knowledge of the food ingredients industry, with an emphasis on food service applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
