You will directly report to the Business Unit General Manager, and lead a regional sales team. You will be given sufficient autonomy to grow and route your team.

1. Strategic Decoding and Target Implementation
- Develop a regional market target breakdown plan (to cities/channels/dealers/stores) based on the company's annual sales strategy.
- Ensure precise resource allocation and lead the regional team's human resource planning.
- Optimize the sales organization structure and set up a monitoring path for sales KPI achievement (weekly tracking/monthly review).
2. Market Penetration and Brand Promotion
- Lead the team to break through key customers and take the lead in negotiating joint business plans (JBP) with million-level dealers.
- Implement headquarters' brand activities (such as new product launches and promotional activities) and develop regional marketing plans to increase market coverage and brand awareness.
- Explore new channels (such as community group buying and live-streaming e-commerce).
3. Terminal Management and Data Operations
- Establish a terminal data monitoring system to ensure inventory freshness.
- Analyze competitors' dynamics (prices/promotions/new product launches) weekly and develop rapid response strategies.
- Regularly visit key stores to solve sales problems and optimize terminal displays.
4. Team Building and Talent Development
- Build a regional sales talent pipeline and cultivate key members.
- Assist the team in improving customer negotiation and event execution skills through joint visits and coaching.
- Implement performance tracking and improvement plans to ensure strong team execution and target alignment.

- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years and above working experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Track records of distribution management and tranditional trade/general trade.
