- Responsible for delivering comapny sales growth with a set gross margin in China.
- Reviews and recommends the current field sales structure, incentive structure and establish target in both financial and non-financial target/KPI per channels/product mix/region with Regional Sales Managers to deliver the sales strategy
- Establishes and maintains relationships with outside sales force, designs and recommends sales programs, and sets short and long-term sales goals.
- Develops relationships with all departments to better meet needs of the current and new customers.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and makes recommendations for product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Responsible for sales management duties to include but not limited to following up on new leads, referrals, preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establishes and maintains current and potential new customer relationships. Identifies and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
- Manages new and assigned accounts, and sales forecasting models, and serves as a liaison between the company and customers/representatives.
- Prepares a variety of status logs including but not limited to activity, closings, follow-up, trip reports, and goals and objectives.
- Ensures effective communication is maintained on new product and service opportunities, special events, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
- Arrange and participate in sales and marketing events.
- Adheres to safety/security policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, planning and technical/problem analysis skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) skills in English a plus.
- Action/ detail oriented, strong customer service and leadership, and drive for results.
- Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
- Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skill.
- At minimum, requires significant travel 40-60% to current and potential customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) Salesforce Systems
- Strong working knowledge of CRM programs.
