Our client is one of the most exciting start up in the intralogistics industry. With a 40% YoY growth over the past 5 years, our client is rapidly expanding at an exponential rate. Our client has almost 200 employees worldwide and expected to generate a group revenue of around EUR 75 million in the 2024 fiscal year. Due to expansion plans for APAC, they are looking for an APAC Sales Director to improve its market share in the APAC region.
about the role
Full P&L responsibilities for the APAC (ex Mainland China) region.
Develop various markets in APAC, with particular interest in Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and other developing markets.
Active support and development of partner/customer relationships in the APAC area.
Plan and oversee operations of the APAC division and work closely with the CEO on short- term objectives and long-term strategies.
Lead the annual strategic planning process for the APAC region.
Strategic market assessment: Review and analyze client needs, competitor activity, and industry trend.
Package solutions to be offered which includes value proposition and lead magnet (event, white paper etc).
Monitor budget closely, project management, and key account management.
about the candidate
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a sales leadership role.
Candidate should have a strong network in high margin industries such as Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor, or industries that are big on manufacturing.
Candidates with intralogistics solutions experience will be prioritized.
