- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the Russian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the company and its products.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive parts industry, preferably in a Tier 1 company.
- Expertise in the Russian market and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
