Your main responsibilities:
- Grow the aftermarket business in the responsible area and ensure the achievement of agreed sales target;
- According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned;
- Create/maintain good relationship with key account customers. Maintain/develop good relationship with dealers, building aftermarket project’s owner, engineering contractor, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities;
- Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to ensure complete cash flow and reduce potential bad debts;
- Implementation of sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies;
- Other tasks assigned by managers
Your background
- Experience developing developed processes within aftermarket business of Commercial Building Services;
- Ability to lad aftermarket projects;
- Ability to develop a business process within aftermarket business of Commercial Building Services;
- Most likely to have 5-10years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education;
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services;
- Great ability influence others and possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services
