- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for industrial valve products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in petrochemical and power generation industries
- Lead and mentor a sales team to maximize performance and achieve objectives
- Create detailed sales proposals and quotations for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial valve industry or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical and power generation industries
- Experience in managing key accounts and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Willingness to travel (approximately 40%)
