Position: Sales Operation Supervisor

Job descriptions:
- Understand China business, products, and operation process.
- Sales data analysis and reporting: regularly data collect and organize sales data; sales data analysis and report to Sales Director and other management.
- Review and manage of sales contracts and ensure contracts meet requirements of company.
- Sales budget management and sales forecast preparation, collection and submission.
- Business support and assistance: assist to Sales Director and sales team in handing various issues and affairs in accordance with company’s process and procedures.
- Monitoring all sales operation activities, optimizing process and ensure all sales operation high-effectiveness and result-oriented.
- Internal relationship management: maintain close contact with sales team and internal stakeholders, promptly understand their needs and feedback, collect their opinions and suggestions, provide a business-priority culture.
- Other projects and tasks from sales team.
Qualification:
- 8-10 years related working experience. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Math, Business Management, International Trade or other related majors is preferred.
- Sensitive to numbers and strong logic thinking, data analysis skill.
- Hands-on experience in MS, SAP, and is a plus to use other analytical tools such as power BI, AI, etc.
- Possess good communication skills, organizational coordination skills and a good team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiply tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English oral and written.
