2.8 years above experience in IT, mastering the knowhow of enterprise applications designing and architecture.
3.Hands-on experience with cloud service architecture design (especially on AWS and GCP). Experience in building and maintaining common application frameworks, libraries, and enterprise-level frameworks. Experience in utilizing microservices architecture.
4.Excellent communication, summarization, and reporting skills. Experience in collaboration with a global team.
5.Excellent logical thinking skills with the ability to understand intent and context and solve problems effectively in a multilingual environment.
6.Fluency in Japanese or English, be able to speak and utilize it in day work.
7.Experience in the retail industry or manufacturing industry is nice to have.
8.Experience in developing and operating high concurrency web applications or distributed systems is nice to have.
9.Great project management skill, and supplier management ability.
10.Knowledge of information security. Experience in information security audits or improvement projects is nice to have.
11.Professional certification of project management, such as PMP, Prince2, etc is nice to have.
12.Professional certification of ITIL/CCA, MCSE/MCIP, etc is nice to have.
13.Experience of Product Development or Supply Chain related business is nice to have.
