Responsibilities:
- Manage electronics development team to achieve company goals.
- Lead and coach team members to develop potential talents.
- Define and maintain technology roadmap for electronics domain.
- Provide technical leadership in electronics circuits design, review, verification, validation, trouble shooting and continuous improvements.
- Interact with other teams globally in bringing technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- 12+ years of industry experience in all aspects of electronic circuits design including schematic and layout design/review or equivalent from academia.
- Work effectively with soft skills in a multi-disciplinary, multi-national team focused on innovation & technology development.
- Demonstrated ability in analog, digital, power electronics areas with solid experience from specification, development, verification and validation, until product release.
- Demonstrated capability to manage a team over 10 people.
- Familiar with FMEA/DOE/RRCA.
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- English skill in both writing and verbal communication, independently communication with international team.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Elevator/Escalator industry, or
- Experience in automotive industry, or
- Experience in automation industry like inverter/converter, UPS etc.
- Pessral design or certification experience is strong plus.
- Familiar with benchmarking and strategic analysis.
