- Establish and lead the team to ensure the constant increase of productivity and quality in the service/support related area. Optimize the standard and tools for process, continuously develop and localize it in global terms,including existing and new items/features, basing on data analysis and process implementation monitoring;
- Develop and align cross-functional or regional requirements. Supervise the feedback from the stakeholders to help response related questions and improve common process problems;
- Provide suggestions to improve key indicators from the perspective of processes and internal controls. Foster a great culture that innovates, work together as a team, partner with other trip.com teams and roles and celebrates unified success
- Proven experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance management at the business unit or organizational level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive change and influence others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency to achieve OKR referring to the organization needs. Results driven abilities across daily work with high efficiency.
skills and experience required.
- 10+ years working experience in internet industry, with the experience of process management;
- 5+ years of team management experience in MNC;
- Visionary and customer-oriented, translating trends and strategies into concepts that can be implemented and are feasible from a business, technology and financial perspective;
- Strong management and communication skills incl. the ability to consider and articulate different approaches.
- Have a strong logical thinking ability, and the ability to summarize, problems solving, data analysis, etc;
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English, English can be used as working language;
- Bachelor degree or above
- PMP certification or lean 6 sigma certification is preferred
