1.As a problem management expert, you will be at the forefront of active and passive problem management within our organization. Your responsibilities include analyzing event trends, identifying recurring events, and prioritizing problem-solving
2.Strive and implement effective solutions. You will work closely with the R&D workflow to lead your team through the problem-solving phase and ensure immediate and long-term resolution of issues.
3.In addition, you will maintain an overview of all events, update their status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress. You will convey the investigation results to the responsible engineer, especially in cases of complex deviations
