- To ensure capacity alignment is based on expected volume, identify and take necessary actions for short- and long-term deficits to meet service levels.
- Volume forecast for the next 3, 6, 12 months and Staffing & scheduling based on the forecasted volume
- Real-time monitoring of staffing status and provide feedback to operation team if required.
- To analyze global site performances and determine optimal production and off production activities, shrinkage
- To lead, develop and maintain reporting initiatives across supported regions for continuous delivery improvements.
- To partner closely with leadership to discuss and drive planned strategies for controlled execution.
- To provide program health insights to senior leaderships at weekly and monthly level.
- To engage in projects and initiatives impacting headcount and cost variables.
- To lead by example and provide necessary support to scale up fellow team members across geographies.
skills and experience required.
- Full-Time Bachelor degree or above
- Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, have Experience in managing end to end projects or programs.
- Strong incoming volume forecasting and working knowledge of cycles preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills required. MS Access or other database and forecasting skills preferred
- Must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task projects
- Excellent English communication skill in both speaking and writing
