In order to increase their competitiveness in China, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop the Electric Vehicle (EV) market in China.
about the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for the China region, aligning with overall corporate goals
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive the expansion of the Division focusing on market penetration and capturing new business opportunities
- Develop and execute effective market entry strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and cohesion across different departments
about the candidate
- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus in the Automotive EV industry
- MUST have experience working in the Test & Measurement or Precision Instruments industry
- Able to understand technical drawings
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Candidates with Bachelors in Engineering would have an edge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
