Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Process COE team to provide strategic direction for the Process Development Engineering teams as well as our Manufacturing Plants and strategic vendors.
- Process Leadership and Expertise: SME (Subject Matter Expert) in New Product Introductions and Process Capability. Ability to develop strategy and framework across multiple product lines.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices and standardized methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Development Engineering, Process Engineering and other departments to identify areas for process optimization
- Implement and oversee process management tools and systems
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure process performance
- Provide training and mentorship on process improvement techniques
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering.
Qualifications:
- bachelor or above , Automation, Mechanical design or electrical related
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Manufacturing Engineering and Process Development in relevant industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management position.
- Advanced knowledge of core processes in assembly related.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies and experience with process analysis tools like Six Sigma, APQP, PFEMA and etc
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful process improvement projects
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
