Responsibilities：
1、Execute and deliver supplier quality management strategies actions and targets of KCC
2、Lead the suppliers and internal team to handle responsible suppliers’ quality concerns and drive on effective problem-solving process including timely containment in suppliers and KCC shopfloor, root cause investigations and corrective & preventive actions taken etc.

3、Conduct supplier quality performance evaluation and monthly scorecard reporting
4、Identify, drive and track multiple effective supplier systemic improvements and monitoring processes, in order to continuously reduce the supplier risks to Kiekert plants
5、Be responsible for supplier chargeback to recover the loss of Kiekert, and necessary escalations with PU for unrecover issues
6、Work closely with KCC Lab, STA and suppliers for measurement development & alignments and incoming quality issues
7、Lead and train supplier quality team to develop the team ability, and verify the effects of training & development
8、Give some necessary trainings to supplier
9、Work align with compliance requirement of company
10、Execute the safety duties of this position
11、Other tasks that are assigned by supplier quality supervisor
Requirements：
1、Bachelor's Degree
2、 At least 8 years working experience in automobile industry, including 5 years in supplier quality and or development management
3、 Be family with product & process knowledge and experience on multiple commodities, including Plastics/Moulding,Motor/Connector, or Metal/Stamping, HT & Plating etc、
4、 Be familiar with general standards/quality tools in automotive industry, e、g、 VDA6、3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,Control Plan, 8D&5why, GD&T, CQI-9/11/12/17/23 etc
5、 Knowledge related about IATF16949 and other systems、
6、 Fluent spoken and written in English/Chinese
