- Pharmacology and Efficacy Studies:
- Lead the selection and development of pharmacology and efficacy models for Endocrinology and Metabolism drug projects.
- Utilize internal and external resources to design relevant in vivo experiments based on the project’s development stage to support R&D decision-making.
- Collaborate with project leaders to track experiment progress and interpret data.
- Target Biology and Translational Research:
- Quickly familiarize with and master the biological mechanisms of project targets and required translational research plans.
- Propose and develop methods and feasible implementation plans for preclinical in vivo mechanism studies.
- Competitive Intelligence Tracking:
- Regularly track competitive information for ongoing projects.
- Summarize and update relevant clinical or preclinical progress to provide important reference points for project team decisions.
- Project Management and Internal Resource Coordination:
- Manage R&D outsourcing activities for relevant projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal platform resources to ensure experimental plans can be smoothly executed.

- Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D. in Endocrinology and Metabolism, Translational Medicine, Pharmacology, or a related field. Advanced degrees in related disciplines may be considered with appropriate experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Endocrinology and Metabolism and translational research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Proven track record of leading translational research teams and managing complex projects.
- Extensive experience with preclinical and clinical research methodologies.
- Preferred with experience in precision medicine and personalized immunotherapy approaches.
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacology, in vivo models, and Endocrinology and Metabolism drug development.
