We are looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator (Owner’s Representative) to ensure the smooth execution of our industrial facility construction project in Minhang. The facility will include both office and production areas designed for the assembly and servicing of compressed air systems.

The primary responsibility of this role is to protect the interests of KAESER, ensuring that the project progresses according to quality standards, timelines, and technical specifications. You will serve as the key interface between KAESER and external service providers, including the external project management team, the local architecture and design institute, and the general contractor. Your role will include on-site presence to oversee construction quality, identify potential issues early, and ensure a smooth workflow between all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the interests of KAESER by ensuring that the construction project adheres to agreed timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements. 维护 KAESER 业主权益，确保施工项目按照既定时间表、质量标准和技术要求推进。
• Monitor construction progress on-site, conduct regular site visits, and support quality assurance efforts throughout all phases of the project. 现场监督施工进度，定期进行现场检查，并在项目各阶段提供质量保障支持。
• Supervise and coordinate communication between KAESER, the external project management team, the local architecture and design institute, and the general contractor. 协调 KAESER 与外部项目管理团队、本地建筑设计院及总承包商之间的沟通，确保信息畅通。
• Identify potential construction issues early, assist in resolving them promptly, and ensure that all parties are aligned on key project objectives. 及早发现施工过程中可能出现的问题，协助及时解决，并确保所有相关方对关键项目目标达成一致。
• Participate in on-site and online meetings with external service providers to ensure project transparency and smooth collaboration. 参加现场及线上项目会议，与外部服务供应商保持沟通，确保项目信息透明和合作顺畅。

Your Profile
任职要求
• Several years of professional experience in construction project coordination or supervision, ideally with a background in a construction company. 具备多年施工项目协调或监督经验，有建筑公司工作经验者优先。
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes, including quality assurance and construction monitoring. 熟悉工业建筑施工流程，具备质量保证与施工监理经验。
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different project stakeholders. 具备优秀的组织和沟通能力，能够在不同的项目相关方之间进行高效协调。
• Hands-on experience in on-site construction monitoring and the ability to proactively address technical challenges. 具备现场施工监督经验，并能积极应对施工过程中的技术挑战。
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. 需具备良好的英文读写能力。
