Responsible for designing talent development strategies and training programs for the Engineering Center. Deliver customized learning solutions, leadership development, and technical competency enhancement to align with organizational goals.
- Lead Engineering Center yearly training needs review meetings and data collection, and draft yearly training schedule, Manage the training resources including trainer team, training material.
- Lead the Engineering Center employee developing program, including the competency evaluation, talents developing plan, developing plan accomplishment.
- Design and deliver technical/Leadership training program through blended learning programs
- Coordinate internal/external expert resources to deliver technical workshops, masterclasses and cross-disciplinary programs.
- Manage the mentorship programs and knowledge-sharing platforms to facilitate technical expertise transfer.
- Monitor industry tech trends and proactively design future-ready competency frameworks.
- Regular audit individual department for on job training records and follow up improvement/actions.
qualifications:
- English skill in reading, written and oral
- 3+ working experience in manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Proficient in LMS, data analysis tools, and e-learning authoring tools.
- Good communication skill.
- Driving skill.
