1. Track and address Trip.com User’s Service need through guidance and assistance, aiming to enhance customer service experience.
2. Lead a UXA team & responsible for user research and user surveys/testing of OTA service, collecting and analyzing user feedback and data, and proposing optimization and improvement solutions.
3. Experience and analyze the service process, develop a professional research plan, and optimize the service process based on the research result to ensure the smoothness and convenience.
4. Experience and analyze the accuracy and comprehensiveness of service experience, as well as the convenience from user’s point of view, so as to ensure that tourism related service fulfillment are worthwhile.
5. Regularly track and update the trend of the service related macro-environment (such as policy), industry involvement, as well as generate monthly and quarterly reports.
6. Professional approach to working with colleagues across different departments, countries, at all levels, in both HQ function and regional teams. Results orientated with a bias for action, taking responsibility and owning delivery.
Supervisory control- 30%
1. Focus on customer intelligence/needs to drive on business performance and strategy for senior management.
2. Play a role in supporting/facilitating continuous improvement initiatives intended to increase Quality systems efficiencies within and outside of the QA organization;
skills and experience required.
1.3+ years of people management experience. 8+ years of relevant work experience within User Experience, OTA industry or outsourcing call center industry is preferred.
2.Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact.
3.Advanced analytical skills, logical thinking, and attention to details.
4. Strong initiative and result orientation. Project management experience is preferred.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
