职位Business Controller



Business control & support:

Work close with business team as a business partner to implement Activity-Base Field Steering to co-drive productivity & profitability improvement;

Interpret financial polices/accounting guidelines to business teams for better understanding and compliance, working as a stretched arm of finance team;

Various business supports upon comprehensive understanding on business/ operations, appropriate service orientation, efficient communication and good problem solving skills.

Financial planning & analysis:

Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast, closely monitor actual performance vs. budget and forecast, deep dive to identify reasons for the deviations, suggest corrective actions, following through to ensure corrective actions are taken by specific team / people, to ensure the achievement of planned business results from financial perspective.

Taking on full day-to-day responsibility for financial analysis & reporting work, including periodic closings and reporting package preparation, productivity analysis and external reporting with comments to Holding within strict deadline.

Continue to improve periodic analysis package to keep business heads and their team informed for the latest financial performance, trends, and issues related to targets.

Ensure the availability of financial database by evaluating data integrity and accuracy; provide relevant analysis and reports upon specific requirements from various users.

Other assignment on ad hoc basis.


Compliance and risk management:

Ensure a compliant business behavior; Be a "role" model in the organization; Support the compliance organization in their tasks and duties; Escalate detected compliance risks / issues in a timely manner within the organization.

Take a lead role for risk registration, follow-up and periodic review under the instructions from of global risk & audit team; provide feasible solutions to fix risky areas by collaborating with relevant department.

Work with risk & audit team in APAC for particular projects to drive continuous improvement on risk management.



l  Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting or Finance;

l  8+ years' working experience in MNC, 5+ years in financial analysis or controlling function at corporate finance, 3+ years team leader / manager position;

l  Strong leadership skills, be able to inspire and develop team to achieve targets under moderate pressure;

l  Good communication skills, strong business sense, good presentation skills, customer-oriented, team player, proactive and efficient;

l  Good Oral and Written English;

l  Good MS-Office and financial system skills

l  Being able to maintain complex database, retrieve data easily and perform relevant analysis accordingly.
