MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManage all business operation compliance activities compiled in detailed work plans to assure that all applicable laws, regulations and Company’s policies and procedures are met on a timely basis and to ensure that all relevant personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in this process.Lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) process in order to map risks, develop action plans to mitigate them; manage implementation of the action plans and secure budget for action plans to address high-level risksOversee and manage the provision of advice, recommendations and documentation, relating to commercial matters, investigations of incompliant/fraudulent activities, and the use of proper communication and negotiation techniques to avoid litigation where possible. Always ensure that Company China is compliant with applicable regulatory and legal requirements seeking to protect the company’s interestsManage the compliance of business activities including implementation, communication, training, influencing and reporting. Compliance monitoring must be measured against Company Standards and Practices including the laws of China and applicable countries. Direct the development and oversee the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures, norm, instructions and controls covering all areas of function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.Ensure that all internal audit points are addressed and concluded within the defined timeframe.Responsible for the interface between Company’s Ethics and Conduct Office and Company China for all matters related to promotion of ethics, and response to allegations.Responsible for managing the action plans resulting from investigated complaints/allegations.Support the LCE and RCO in implementation of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program in Company China.Ensure that appropriate guidance on specific legal and regulatory obligations and issues involving ethical business practices is provided to Employees and Managers.Promote the interaction with the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) areas of Company and Company China.Assess all departments of Company China in revising the structure and internal procedures that better adjust to the standards of corporate governance of Company. Ensure all the contracts under the responsibility of Administrative department is been managed according to Company’s norms;Manage and develop the employees under your responsibility;Plan and manage the Administrative budget and expenses;Responsible for the emergency plan in the offices;Responsible for all aspects related to Environment, Health and Safety in the offices;Keep all the original company licenses and chops and make the record accordingly;ProfileBachelor Degree;Post-graduation, MBA or Master (Desirable);Minimum ten years’ experience in Audit, Compliance, Contract Management, Corporate Security, Business Performance or another relevant area.Knowledge of anti-corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Brazilian anti-corruption law N° 12846)Relevant certification (CIA, CCSA, CRMA, CFA, CFE, CPP) (Desirable);Be proficient in written and spoken English and MandarinBe fluent in Portuguese is desirableNegotiation skill to resolve local situation that may imply a risk for the staff and/or premisesProven Investigation experienceAnalytical skillsComputer skills (MS Office)
